Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, confirming system access, reviewing generated outputs where required, and ensuring their use of the services complies with applicable laws and internal policies.
Billing
Subscription billing, payment methods, invoices, and plan changes may be managed through Stripe or another payment provider connected to the website.
Limitations
AI outputs can require review. Oct8Cloud should not be used as the sole authority for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or regulated decisions without appropriate human review.
